Pinewood Lodge Apartments are self-contained self-catering units within Pinewood Lodge, they are fully furnished to a high standard and are 3 Star rated under the 'Quality in Tourism' scheme. The Apartments are available throughout the year for Holiday or Business use.

Pinewood Lodge is a private residence located in pleasant surroundings on the Eastern border of Southampton, 5 miles from the City centre, and adjacent to Netley Common. The Common consists of 40 acres of heathland rich in wild flora and small fauna, and of considerable archaeological and historical interest. There is close access to the M27, which facilitates easy excursions to Portsmouth, Winchester, Salisbury, Bournemouth and Bath. In addition the Isle of Wight is readily accessible by Ferry and the Channel Islands and Continent by Sea or Air.

The First Floor Apartment includes a Double Bedroom with en suite Bathroom. The Bedroom opens on to a large private verandah with Patio table and facilities for sunbathing. The Lounge features Colour TV and gas fire to supplement the central heating. The separate Kitchen is compactly designed, and is fully equipped, including Automatic Washing Machine, Fridge, Electric Cooker and Microwave. There is a separate WC.

The Ground Floor Apartment comprises a large twin bedded room with adjoining Bathroom and Toilet. A separate Lounge/Dining Room features colour TV and access to a private Patio. The Kitchen is fully equipped as upstairs, including Microwave, but with Gas cooker.
