Heating/Electricity: Each Apartment has independent programmable Gas fired central heating and Hot water. Gas/Electricity/Water charged by meter reading.
Internet Access: Wi-Fi connection available by arrangement.
Linen: Bedding, Duvet covers and domestic linen are provided and included in Tariff.
Groceries: Out of town Superstores are located close to M27 junctions 7 and 8.
Pets: We regret we are unable to accept pets.

Prices are per week, per Apartment for two persons, inclusive of linen.

Normal booking periods are Saturday to Saturday.

Terms & Conditions

A deposit of 1/3rd total rental is required to secure a booking. This is normally non-returnable unless the booking is cancelled with notice of 30 days or more. Insurance against any liability is the responsibility of the guest.

Balance of accommodation rental is payable on arrival and meter charges on departure.

Off road car parking is available at Pinewood Lodge and is at guest's own risk.

There is a GB£50.00 liability charge in the event of damage to property or contents, (excepting normal wear and tear or unavoidable accident).
